LEDGER AND TREZOR WALLETS
- The completion of an order implies the customer is agreeing with the price and the description of the article purchased, as well as these Terms and Conditions.
- Orders will be fulfilled based on stock availability. Delays by manufacturer, and Australian customs is beyond our control.
- Delivery times are indicative only, and depend on Australia Post delivery provisions. We will not be held responsible for delays beyond our control.
- The customer should check the integrity of the purchased items upon receipt. Ledger Nano S comes with a two year manufacturers warranty. Trezor comes with a 1 year manufacturers warranty for business users, and 2 years for personal use. If a product is damaged upon receipt, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to get in touch with the manufacturer. See Ledger Wallets and Trezor websites for their respective terms and conditions.
- Crypto Wallets Australia will not be responsible for misplaced coins or any other data/funds lost in the use of the wallet.
- All images on this website are indicative only and are examples of the products.
- We always maintain a high level of professionalism and are always transparent and genuine in our conveying of delivery dates when taking pre-orders. However, Ledger France or Trezor Czech Republic may change delivery dates without notice. We will not be held responsible for these changes. If a customer is not happy with a change in delivery date, we are able to provide a full refund.
- A full refund will be provided for change of mind if we are notified before the order has been packaged and posted.
- If the order has already been packaged and processed for posting, a 20% processing fee will be withheld from the cost of the item.
- Due to the nature of the product, once a product has been posted, Crypto Wallets Australia will not accept returns, nor will refunds be provided.
- Sizing of Tee Shirts is smaller than Australian sizes. Please check size charts carefully before ordering, as we do not refund for change of mind or wrong size.
- Exchange of items is provided if items are returned in ‘original condition’ (see below). However a 20% handling fee will be deducted, and postage and related fees/ costs will be paid for fully by the buyer
- Please check goods upon receipt for damages. If goods are damaged or not as described, a refund will be given provided the items are returned within 14 business days of receipt and are in original condition with tags. If items are to be returned please email us upon receipt of products to organise returns
- For items to qualify as being in ‘original condition’, each of the items returned should be unworn, un-ironed, unwashed, with no stains or marks, original tags intact and in original packaging and received by the seller in such condition.
