SHIPPING POLICY
- All orders made prior to 6.30 pm (AEDT) will be shipped the next business day, unless it's a pre-order.
- Orders will be shipped via Australia Post with tracking. The tracking number will be emailed to the customer with the Shipping Confirmation the evening prior. You can track the delivery of your parcel on the Australia Post parcel tracking web page once the parcel has been lodged and scanned by Australia Post.
- Signature on Delivery is included with all orders.
- Email notifications will be sent by Australia Post on delivery progress.
- For items lost in transit by Australia Post, note that Australia Post does not compensate Crypto Wallets Australia.

If you would like to get an estimate of delivery time from our door to yours, please visit the Australia Post website delivery calculator page and under 'TO' enter your postcode, and under 'FROM' enter postcode 2000 (Sydney Metro).
